Why Are Your Reports Better Than Other Methods? Why Are They Better Than The Legal Newspaper or a Records Research Company?

Three reasons: Simplicity, Exactness and Timeliness.

All of our reports and data are designed to be simple - easy to read, easy to digest and easy to locate the properties you're interested in.

They're also exact - containing exactly the information you need and nothing more. This eliminates the need to wade through garbage data and allows you more time to close deals.

Finally, our reports are timely - you get the information first - before anyone else, which is a HUGE advantage when it comes to pursuing distressed property.

What Delivery Options Are Available To Me?

We issue reports via Online Access and E-Mail of PDF Attachments and/or .CSV/Excel Files.

If you require another means of delivery (Overnight, FEDEX, etc.), please contact us here.

What Report Format Options Are Available To Me?

All our reports (with the exception of the TSC) are available in the following formats:

WEB ACCESS
Account and password to access the information via a Web Browser
EMAIL - PDF
E-MAILED as a .PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file attachment
EMAIL - CSV/EXCEL
(sold on a VERY Limited basis)
E-MAILED as electronic Comma Separated Values (.CSV) or Excel (.XLS) file attachment

The TSC (Trustee Sales Calendar) is available in ONLINE, EMAIL PDF, or EXCEL (.XLS) FILE only.

Having the Trustee Sales Calendar in a sortable and printable database format is a huge advantage for the investor and an excellent timesaver for buying properties at auction. You can sort by zip code, estimated bid, or any other fields - then print the report for use at the sale! You'll find our Calendar to be a BIG asset to reaching your investment goals!

How Far Into The Future Does Your Trsutee Sales Calendar Go?

Unlike our competition, our TSC (Trustee Sales Calendar) MASTER RESULTS CALENDAR and ONLINE ACESS versions lists ALL UPCOMING SALES, PLUS POSTPONEMENT DATA - not just the ones we have room on a page for. Our TSC contains every sale we have a record for, is updated daily, and often exceeds 60 pages!

What If The County Recorder Doesn't Get Information Out In A Timely Manner?

Currently the Clark County Recorder's office does not begin scanning the previous day's intake of documents until the following business day. This means that "same-day" data will have a 'Rec Date" (recorded date) of one business day prior (this applies to the NOD's). No one has access to this information until the following business day, so you can be assured of same-day, real time information. This is because we have a real, live person at the Recorder's Office when they open who begins scanning and entering the documents as they come up in the Recorder's document management system.

Occasionally - particularly near the very end and beginning of the months - the county recorders office gets behind on making records available to the public (us). When this happens we will send you an email, fax or letter stating so. You will receive that days report as soon as the information made available to us. We never delay reports for any reason other than this.
