We offer several different subscription options - all listed here. Subscriptions are billed in a recurring billing fashion, meaning you will be billed for the amount each billing cycle until you cancel.

*AN IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS: Normally, we issue our PDF reports immediately after we compile the data from the Recorder's Office. It often takes us extra time to gather Phone Numbers and Trust Deed data, so you may find some or all of that information missing in the PDF reports. Due to this unique distribution method, here are our subscription suggestions:

WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT TO YOU?

• PHONE NUMBERS AND TRUST DEED DATA ARE MOST IMPORTANT: Subscribe to the Web Access Version. It's directly linked to our Data-Entry Databases. Even though the phone number and trust deed data come later, you can access it at any time. We send e-mail notifications to let subscribers know when a particular day's data has been completely compiled, so you'll know immediately!

• REAL-TIME DATA & FASTEST REPORT OUTPUT ARE MOST IMPORTANT: We suggest subscribing to the EMAIL PDF & Web Access versions. The PDF file is sent to you as soon as the day's NOD's or NTS's are complete, which gives you an immediate picture of today's data. Then later, you can use Web Access to look up phone numbers, trust deed data, etc.

• SEARCHING AND FINDING SPECIFIC PROPERTIES OR CRITERIA ARE MOST IMPORTANT: If this is the case, we strongly suggest either the Web Access version, or the use of a custom database combined with our CSV reports.
  
  With the Web Access version, you have complete and total capability to search on any criteria - from zip codes to trust deed amounts to specific subdivision names!
  
  As we are computer programming specialists, another popular option is this: we can create a custom database for you which will allow you to utilize our CSV data - just import the data into the database, and track it on your desktop! This option is much faster than web access and can be totally customized for your needs! Several of our bigger clients have used our expertise to create a database which contain all of their contracts and forms embedded within the database. Using this technology, they are able to take their database with them (on a laptop for instance) and, with a small laser printer in their car, they go door-to-door and output contracts on-the-fly! This is just one of many ideas. Ask us for more.
